Coming to counseling is incredibly brave. You are not alone in this journey. I would love to meet you and hear your story.
My passion is to create safe, warm, and nonjudgemental spaces for people to share their stories and feel truly witnessed as they process difficult experiences. My work is rooted in my belief that all humans have an inner wisdom and a strong voice. My hope is to provide a secure and supportive connection for my clients, wherever they are in their journey of growth and healing.
I typically work with individuals and couples who are dealing with relational disconnection and conflict, issues related to family of origin, anxiety, depression, stressful life transitions, and other issues. Additionally, I have a unique empathy for individuals who work in the music industry and service industry.
I hold a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy (MMFT) from Trevecca Nazarene University. I am currently pursuing licensure under the supervision of Sara Hopkins, Ph.D., LMFT, LMT #928.
“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.”
